Having practiced law in some of the major law firms in Turkey, Ms. Duygu Yenidoğan Uzun is the founding Partner of Uzun Law Office.
A graduate of Terakki Vakfı Özel Şişli Terakki High School, Ms. Yenidoğan Uzun has completed her legal studies at Bahçeşehir Universiy Faculty of Law.
Uzun has continued her graduate studies in the IT Law LL.M Program at Bahçeşehir University Institute of Social Sciences and graduated with her LL.M. Thesis, entitled “Protection of Personal Data on E-Commerce Law”.
Uzun, primarily concentrates on the law of contracts, commercial law and corporate law as well as e-commerce and family law. She provides counseling to corporations with regards to the preparation of all forms of contracts, the evaluation of merger and acquisition processes, establishment of companies and general assembly proceedings, as well as legal counseling on legislative developments

Asli Nihal Ozturen started working as the managing partner of the Uzun Law Office in 2014.
A graduate of Saint Michel French High School, Asli Nihal Öztüren has completed her legal studies at Bahçeşehir University and has completed her LL.M at Kadir Has University on private law.
Ms. Öztüren primarily concentrates on Real Estate Law, Corporate and Contract Law, Transport Law and Start-up Law. Ms. Öztüren has an expertise on managing new contracts, consultancy, settlement dispute arising from legal, individual, corporate and management matters thanks to her experience on consulting numerous Turkish companies, as well as foreign companies established in Turkey

Azade Apa Triolet, has been working as the partner of Uzun Law Offices since 2016 and is the founding partner of Apa Concultancy established in Kuwait.
A graduate of Bahçeşehir University, Ms. Apa Triolet has worked at leading law firms in Istanbul, as well as international companies.
Moreover, she has completed legal studies at London School of English on Contract Law.
Ms. Apa Triolet primarily concentrates on Corporate and Contract Law, as well as Foreign Investment Law and obtaining work and residence permit for foreigners.
